1. Who we are

2. Customers

We sell to private individuals (consumers) as well as to companies and institutions. Some provisions apply differently; we flag them explicitly below. Companies can buy without an account or request a business account for dedicated prices and proformas.

3. Requests, orders and conclusion of the contract

  • Products are shown with “Price on request”. Sending an order request or a quote request through the website carries no obligation to pay.
  • We reply in writing with the final price, delivery time and costs. The contract is concluded when you accept our order confirmation or quote, for example by paying the proforma.
  • If a product is no longer available, we let you know and propose a replacement.
  • For projects, the contract is concluded by accepting our written quote.

4. Prices

  • Prices are in Romanian lei (RON). For consumers they include 21% VAT.
  • For companies, prices are quoted excluding VAT; VAT is added on the invoice.
  • Delivery and assembly costs are stated separately in the order confirmation or quote.
  • For price reductions we also show the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction.

5. Payment

  • Bank transfer against a proforma; the proforma is valid for [5] working days.
  • The invoice is issued after payment and sent through the RO e-Factura system, as required by law.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, options and costs are described in Delivery and assembly. Risk passes to the customer on handover; ownership passes once the price is paid in full.

7. Withdrawal, returns and warranty

These are described on the Returns and warranty page.

8. Specific terms for companies (B2B)

  • The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • “From the factory” products are ordered once the proforma or the advance set in the quote is paid.
  • Payment terms after delivery are granted only to approved accounts, by written agreement.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the products delivered, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
  • Claims about quantity or appearance must be made at delivery, on the transport document.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure, proven under the law. We let you know immediately if such a situation affects your order.

10. Disputes and governing law

The contract is governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably. Consumers may contact ANPC, including through the SAL procedure (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro), or the competent courts. For companies, the courts at the seller’s registered office have jurisdiction.
