Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you bought as a private individual, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason (Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014).
- Tell us your decision with a clear statement (e-mail, the contact form or the form below).
- Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, complete and, where possible, in the original packaging.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods: [indicative return RATE for bulky furniture].
- We refund you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your decision; we may withhold the refund until we receive the products.
- You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the products.
Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example custom sizes or finishes).

Warranty
- Legal guarantee of conformity: we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery (GEO 140/2021). You may ask for repair or replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
- Commercial warranty: [X] years on the product structure, in addition to your legal rights.
- Normal wear, incorrect assembly by third parties, improper use and damage after delivery are not covered.
To report an issue, write to us with your order number and a few photos; we reply within one working day.
Business customers
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made by companies. Returns are possible only with our prior agreement, for unused stock products in original packaging, under the B2B terms. Warranty follows the contract or accepted quote.
Dispute resolution
We always try to resolve any complaint amicably. Consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
