Where do you deliver, and how fast?
We deliver throughout Romania. Products in stock arrive within 48–72 hours in Bucharest and Ilfov and within [X] working days elsewhere in Romania; factory products within [X–Y] weeks of order confirmation. In Bucharest and Ilfov our own team delivers, including to your floor; elsewhere we use courier (FAN Courier, DPD) or pallet freight. The exact delivery time is confirmed in writing with your order or quote.

Do you assemble the furniture?

How does a business account work?
A business account gives you negotiated prices, proformas by e-mail, invoices and repeat orders in one place. You request it on the Business account page with your company's tax ID; we activate it after a quick check, within one working day.

Will I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. For companies, prices are quoted excluding VAT and 21% VAT is added on the invoice; for consumers, prices are quoted including VAT. Invoices are sent through RO e-Factura, and payment is by bank transfer against the proforma.

How do I get a quote for a whole office?
On the Request a quote page, tell us what you want to furnish and how many people work in the space and, if you have one, attach the floor plan (PDF, DWG, JPG or PNG, up to 4 MB). You receive a complete quote, with products, finishes, timing, delivery and assembly, within 24 working hours. You can also request a quote straight from your cart.

Can I return products? What warranty do they have?
As a consumer you can withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving the products, except for made-to-order products. For companies, returns are possible only with our agreement, for unused stock products. All products carry the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity; the commercial warranty on the structure is [X] years.

Are colours other than those on the site available?
Yes. The site shows the main finishes of each collection. Chairs come in more than 100 upholstery colours on request, and furniture in further decor combinations, depending on the collection. Send us the model and the colour you want and we will confirm availability and timing. Colour samples: [ ].
