What data we use and why
- Order and quote requests, delivery · name, phone, e-mail, address, company details, the products you choose and any file you attach: to reply to your request, and to conclude and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Invoicing · billing data, kept for the period required by accounting and tax law (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Messages · what you send us by form, e-mail, WhatsApp or phone: to reply to you.
- Company check · when you ask us to, the tax ID (CUI) you enter is looked up in ANAF’s public register to fill in the company details.
- Security and spam prevention · minimal technical data such as the IP address, kept briefly (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention: requests that do not lead to an order are kept for [X] months; contractual and accounting data for the periods required by law.
Who we share data with
Only the providers needed to run the website and handle your request, acting under a contract with us: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), e-mail delivery (Resend) and our e-mail inbox provider; for orders, also courier and freight companies and the e-invoicing provider. Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent.
